AeroGuard · Cleaner · Polish · Protectant

One formula. Two sizes.
Every windscreen.

AeroGuard is a cleaner, polish and protectant made for the acrylic and plastic windows pilots look through every day. One pass lifts dust and grime without scratching, fills micro-abrasions so the surface reads clearer, and leaves an anti-static, fog-resistant layer that makes water bead and roll off like it would on a freshly waxed wing.

Bugs that hit a treated windscreen don't bake on — they release with a light wipe, so you're not grinding them into the acrylic to get them off. Alcohol-, ethanol- and ammonia-free, and safe on Plexiglas, Lexan, Perspex, Lucite, ABS, Mylar and fiberglass.

Clean · Polish · Protect

Clean

Lifts dust and grime without dragging grit across the surface. On a treated windscreen, bug strikes slide off with a light wipe instead of a scrub — scrubbing dried-on bugs is how windows get scratched, and AeroGuard takes the fight out of it. No smears, no sticky residue, no marks.

Polish

Restores transparency and leaves a brilliant, polished finish. The anti-static layer repels dust so the windscreen stays cleaner between flights.

Protect

Fills micro-abrasions and pores with a protective layer that reduces the look of fine imperfections. Rain and wash water bead up and sheet off rather than spotting, and the fog-resistant finish keeps the view clear on a humid morning or a cold descent.

Why pilots choose AeroGuard

  • Unmatched clarity & shineRestores transparency and enhances visual appeal with a brilliant, polished finish.
  • Water beads & rolls offAn anti-static, fog-resistant coating that repels dust and leaves a water-repellent layer — rain beads and runs instead of spotting.
  • Bugs wipe off, not scrub offBug strikes release from a treated windscreen with minimal effort, so you're not scratching the acrylic trying to clean them.
  • Safe & gentle formulaFree from alcohol, ethanol and ammonia — gentle yet highly effective on sensitive materials.
  • Versatile compatibilityWorks on Perspex, Lucite, Plexiglas, fiberglass, ABS, Mylar, Lexan and more.
  • Consistently superior resultsNo smears, sticky residue, scratches or visible marks.

Questions pilots ask

Is the Mini the same product as the 13 oz?

Yes. Same formula — only the size is different. The Mini is 1.5 oz net; the full size is 13 oz net.

Is it safe on my windscreen?

AeroGuard is alcohol-, ethanol- and ammonia-free and is formulated for acrylic and polycarbonate aircraft windows (Plexiglas, Lexan, Perspex, Lucite and similar). Always use a clean, soft microfiber cloth.

Does it really help with bugs?

That's the part pilots notice first. AeroGuard leaves a slick, water-beading layer on the surface, so bug strikes don't bond to the acrylic the way they do on a bare window. Most come off with a damp microfiber and almost no pressure — which matters, because scrubbing dried bugs is how windscreens get scratched.

Can I buy in bulk?

Yes. The 13 oz comes in 3-packs, 6-packs and a case of 12; the Mini ships in 3-, 6-, 12- and 24-packs.

How does it ship?

AeroGuard is an aerosol, so it ships by ground within the United States.
